We had a brilliant afternoon at the Gin School. Tash was a brilliant host and taught us so much about how the distillery works and spirits are made. We loved making our own gin (whilst sampling lots of lovely tasters!) and it’s been so special to bring our very own bottle of gin home. I was incredibly impressed by how much Ramsbury Brewery and the Estate are doing in terms of sustainability. A beautiful place, a great team of people, fantastic products and a great day day. Would highly recommend!

My first Gin Experience at Ramsbury Brewery and Distillery. Had such a great time, our host Tash was incredibly well informed on all things gin, from giving us a very detailed tour to advice on creating our very own gin. We were kept very well hydrated throughout the afternoon and made some new friends too, would definitely recommend!

We had a girls day doing the gin experience at Ramsbury. Our guide Tash was fantastic, very knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for what she does. Great value for money, having a tour of the distillery and creating our own bottle of gin to take home and of course the samples and gin and tonics throughout the day.

We spent 3 hours enjoying the gin experience with our informative guide Tash. Tash started with a tour of the facilities and processes which was fascinating. After this it was off to the ‘lab’ to start brewing our own gin. Tash explained everything to us and we got to check out over 40 botanicals before the mixology began - to our own individual spec!
Nothing quite so satisfying as seeing your own finished gin dripping out of the pipe.
Along with regular top ups of G&T (or water) and tastings of the range of spirits also brewed here it made for a very merry afternoon. Tash was brilliant, she was an informative and fun host. Loved the afternoon and would highly recommend it as a special experience.

I highly recommend the brewery and distillery tour, a great way to spend the afternoon. The group was small so we were able to ask questions and interact. Our tour guide Mark was great, he had plenty of local knowledge and history he made us all feel relaxed and welcome. The beer itself was good, I'm a big fan of the milk stout and my wife loved the London Dry gin!

Our tour guide Mark was knowledgable, friendly and engaging. We ended up on a private tour as no one else joined our group and it gave us a real opportunity to take our time to taste all the samples and really understand the processes and the amazing way the brewery considers its footprint in production. I was really impressed with the facilities, the brewery and distillery. It is set in such beautiful countryside. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending to everyone. And am also hoping to come back and do the gin experience.

Really enjoyed the Brewery Tour today. Mark was a great host. A good balance of technical information and fun! Plus lots of samples of beer, vodka and gin!
