I was looking for somewhere convenient to stay overnight for an early flight and found this option to be the most convenient and inexpensive. Lucky for me when I called to book, Ryan very kindly let me know there was a public bus within walking distance for £3 saving loads of money on a shuttle bus, he could not of been more helpful calling me back to help me book the best room for me. When I arrived very late I had equally kind treatment from Dan who showed my where to bus went from the next morning as he was going after his night shift himself, genuinely can not thank the both enough, they made what I was dreading so much less stressful and there kindness is really appreciated, the room was lovely and clean too, highly recommend staying there.

Good experience.|The staff are warm and welcoming, ready to offer assistance.|The room was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed and neat beddings. There was and iron and ironing board, electric kettle and tea cups. Tea and coffee were always replenished. |Good WiFi reception. |The breakfast buffet was a high point. |The hotel location is good too, close to bus stop and accessible, adjacent to Welcome Break. |Overall, staying at Ramada is a good experience.

My stay at the Ramada Hotel was truly wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the very beginning, always smiling and ready to assist. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with very cozy beds that made it easy to relax. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to reach all the main attractions nearby. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming – I felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return! ✨🌸

It's a motorway service station hotel. We stayed there as it's easy to get to the airport (there is a bus on the road behind - reception was very helpful telling us times and how to get there). You can also pay to park there at much cheaper prices than most airport parking, and our car was absolutely fine after a week away. The rooms are very basic and quite dated. It didn't feel like it had been deep cleaned in a while, but it didn't feel dirty either. I wouldn't recommend you stay there on your honeymoon, but as a place to crash before an early flight it was absolutely fine.

Absolutely awful. Ruined the start of our holiday. Total dump, room stinks of smoke or mildew. Mildew in bathroom, floors filthy, doors bashed. Lighting terrible. Horrible net curtains. Only one chair. Only one towel! Air conditioning broken. I feel so depressed and upset instead of happy and excited about our trip tomorrow. The services next door are also appalling and filthy. Obviously not a penny has been spent on the hotel or the awful services next door.

Great stopover before our flight!
Really easy place to get to with loads of parking right next door. Handy location with places nearby for dinner, and the bar was open so we could have a drink and unwind. Rooms were clean and comfy, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. Perfect spot for a night before flying out to Budapest!

Lovely nights stay before going on holiday. Guy on the front desk just now was the nicest when talking to him about our upcoming japan trip. Had a few beers last night and they were very attentive also, coming up and asking if we needed a refill.

Check-in staff were friendly and polite. The room itself was basic but totally adequate for our needs, and it was quiet too, given the proximity to the airport and motorway. The breakfast was nice - ample choices of food and beverages.
