Anna really is very rude. Very much unprovoked rudeness, when calling on the phone. No form of etiquette or listening to the person at all.

“I wanted to enquire about vacancy”
Anna: “Please look somewhere else I can’t understand what you’re saying”

“Any warehouse jobs available”
Anna: “You have to email us”
“What’s the email, is it on the website?”
Anna:”No don’t go on the website, there’s no email there”

“I’ve submitted some applications online”
Anna: “You can’t do that, send me your CV right now”

Please terminate her work immediately. She’s also shunning people away from jobs.
Blatant racism is acceptable recruitment agencies now? Turned away my other friends based on how they spoke too.

Stinking attitude from numerous staff working there… Mistreating people like they’re above everyone else, one of the staff speak hardly any English. I’m surprised she’s sat at a desk I believe her name is “Anna”… I gathered that some of the staff have really short temper alongside of other things… I would like to keep my anonymity, but I’ve been there quite a few times… I must say, there is quite a bit of racism going on at this Agency… Things need to change, consider treating others how you want to be treated. Also, maybe take other peoples situations into consideration… Thank You🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

Unprofessional agency with a shockingly low standard of service – more like something you'd expect in a remote village, not in a city. The staff is rude, arrogant, and clearly not interested in helping people.

You walk into an empty office, and still have to wait 10–15 minutes because the girl at the desk pretends to be "very busy." She doesn’t even say “hello” or “I’ll be with you shortly.” No basic courtesy at all.

Next to her sits Ana, who seems more interested in gossiping and laughing than in doing her job properly. The way they speak to people is unacceptable – using phrases like “wait!” or “moment” instead of polite language.

The window is cluttered with outdated job ads, and their Facebook or website says the same – they either have nothing or are only looking for drivers.

Extremely unfriendly place. Total waste of time and energy. I’m never going back there again – it was a nightmare.

So rude people they are behaving like a dog with the people especially one of their employe her name is Ana and they also playing with the people's. They are offering job when ever they need. My recommendation is negative regarding this agency. Don't go their don't wasting your time with them. Choose other one please.

very not serious agency especially women work in the agency itself in the office disgusting behavior on their part they have a lot of racism towards Bulgarians, this is not niceOn the same day I submitted all the necessary documents for work, there were 6 vacancies, other people were in the office and they sent them directly to work, and we were told that they would call us for 3 days and no one called us personally. I called twice and they lied to me that there was no job and they are looking for people on their Facebook page.

Very bad service from Mrs Anna, who works there, started yelling at me because I came to ask for job to the office and I didn't call first, so why is this office there for . When the second time I called and asked about work, they told me that they had job and I need to come to register when I did it, they told me to wait for the phone call which I never received, they wasted an hour of my time to listen to them laughing at people who asking for a job. My experience with Quest Employment has been nothing but frustrating. They made me wait two weeks, constantly chasing them up, only to be given false promises of calls that never happened. The lack of professionalism from half the staff is shocking—they don’t seem to have a clue how to handle recruitment properly. To top it off, they even accused me of swearing, which was completely untrue. If you’re looking for an agency that actually communicates and treats people with respect, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
