Disappointing booking experience! After receiving devasting news of a close family members death, we requested to change the date of the booking so that it would not conflict with the funeral date. Unfortunately this company refused the change request even though it would cause no financial loss to themselves.
Its very sad that this company would prioritise their policies rather than show empathy to difficult situations.

Property was filthy dirty on arrival. It’s been 2 weeks since I left and they have still not refunded my £150 deposit. I would not recommend them or will use them again.
