Shahid has organised a Hajj trip for me and my wife in 2018 and I went on Umrah as soon as restrictions were lifted in Ramadan 2022. I have been in contact with Quba Travel Ltd for the past 2 years regarding Hajj. Due to the pandemic, we could not go to hajj in 2020 or 2021 and just about a month ago when we were looking to get ready to go to hajj in 2022 with Quba travel, the Saudi hajj ministry had other plans. Even though we now are unable to go to Hajj with Quba anymore, I would still recommend them for 2 reasons, one is because of my dear friend Shaykh Abid Khan's recommendation of Quba back in 2019 and second, because of my experience with them over the last 2 years. There was a lot of uncertainty during the pandemic but at each stage I was given a thorough update about any and all developments regarding the state of hajj. I specifically want to thank brother Shahid with whom I had the most contact with. He was mashaAllah incredibly courteous, professional and helpful in all of his emails and phone calls. Alhamdullilah, I felt content every time I spoke with him and even now that we are parting ways, he has offered to help should I get selected for Hajj this year inshaAllah. May Allah reward brother Shahid and other brothers in Quba travel who provided me with timely updates. I luckily used the services of Quba Travels to go Hajj in 2019, it was the best decision I made outside going Hajj, they were friendly and accommodating from the off and had very competitive pricing and packages, they managed expectations very realistically at all points before and during Hajj, which is a very important trait for this experience. They also went above expectations with helping and arranging for the holy visit and all parts involved to make it easier for all. The managing team are truly great, friendly and humble people. Where to start?! This Hajj journey was amazing.
Quba Travel did a great job from start to finish. They were honest about things that were in their control and things that they had no control over. They managed expectations well and there were no ugly surprises.

When I first contacted Quba Travel they were very professional and knowledgeable. Adam was great to talk to directly and through emails, very informative; I was sad to hear that he wasn't going to join us. The seminar was really good and informative. My one issue was that maybe it could have been slightly earlier than a week before we left as this would allow more time to prepare if there was anything we missed. But I can appreciate the time frames as this was when we received our visas and passports back.

The Quba Team were great. Brother Shahid was good company, he worked tirelessly to ensure things were running well for us, always providing updates and managing expectations. The tour guides; Ustadh Asif with his dry humour was great, mixing with us and available to answer any questions. His reminders and seminars were really good. Sheikh Fraz was also good, very approachable and available to answer questions. The reminders/classes were a great addition, allowing us to gain essential knowledge.

Quba Travel managed my expectations and provided a great service throughout. My wife and I both enjoyed our Hajj immensely and would gladly recommend anyone to travel with Quba. I would definitely like to do Umrah in the next few years so would consider travelling with Quba again. I hope there is possibility of direct flights in future though.

I liked the fact that we stayed in Aziziyah, the apartments were nice and clean and the location was fantastic. I met some great people and we are still in touch.
