We just booked our Honeymoon with the wonderful Ellie at Purpose Travel Limited.

We were inundated with approaches once we put feelers out for travel agent advice and support - there were at least 10 to choose from. All the big names and med/smaller agencies too.

We decided to proceed with Ellie and Purpose Travel with great confidence as their approach was different, more personable and from the start they were filled with helpful ideas, unrivalled specialist knowledge and proactivity.

Ellie's positive and can-do attitude complimented her knowledge and ability to produce results at super impressive speed. We were blown away with all the useful information provided and particularly with the flexibility in reporting different scenarios and options as we progressed through the process and finessed the brief.

We looked at African safaris, Seychelles, Mauritius, South East Asia... the list goes on - and ended with our perfect honeymoon.

The support continues well after the search and booking process - Purpose Travel have an App which features all the documents required, tickets, interties, contact details, emergency contacts etc and this is truly so useful particularly with more complicated trips.

Ellie is super responsive on all modes of communications - Whats App is our preferred and you are never left waiting long at all - all times of day/night - it really is a 24/7 style service.

Cannot recommend enough! In fact I have already been recommending Ellie to anyone who mentions booking a holiday! I Booked a ski trip earlier this year with Ellie, pretty last minute too! She took care of everything and got us the best price within our budget & managed to pull off getting us into the best hotel and a super fancy private airport transfer, it was perfect! Fantastic Planner for my Honeymoon!

Dealing with Purpose Travel Limited for my honeymoon made the whole experience a pleasure. We gave a brief of areas we were interested to go for our honeymoon and Ellie did the rest.

We were given presentations of multiple hotels, multiple dates within our price point. Ellie gave great information on all the resorts and a "feel" of the places.

Purpose Travel Limited sorted out everything for us. The hotel at the airport, upgrade to Economy plus, airport lounges and private transfers, the suite and upgraded hotel package and a late check out. It was all so simple.

Would definitely and have already recommended Purpose Travel Limited to others.

Since we got in touch with Ellie, her attention to details in organising our honeymoon was immaculate, she was always active via WhatsApp chat service and got through with further queries and she was very fast in responding anticipating our need, best customer service advisor I have ever dealt with.

We was worried with it being almost midnight that when we had additional queries to our Honeymoon, Ellie did not give up looking for a different option, for us and eventually managed to find the best deal to make sure we coud be satisfied with the itinerary we wanted, she also made sure we was able to visit multiple destinations.

I honestly couldn’t thank Ellie enough for all her effort and help in making sure we had the best package, for this reason we are so glad we booked through Purpose Travel. 5 stars for Ellie the superstar!!
