Highly recommend the Amalfi Coast trip. Fantastic views, weather, trails and a truly unique part of the world.
Charlie and Dave were amazing guides throughout, created a great atmosphere among the group. I couldn't have asked for a better first trip into Europe! Will definitely be going on more adventures with Pure Trails in the future.

I could not recommend Pure Trails enough. Right from the start they have been friendly and flexible. I can only describe my first true trail run as an epic adventure and our guide Matt made myself and my brother feel like we had been running with him for years. The Cotswolds is a beautiful place and to experience it while trail running is something special. A memory that will not soon be forgotten. Thank you.

I have been thinking about how to write a review that really does Pure Trails justice. Just back from the Lake District trip, my second trip with Pure Trails, and I had the most wonderful time it was one of the best things I’ve done to date. Charlie was great and having selected all the other guides carefully, they were fantastic too; talented runners with zero arrogance, really encouraging and made sure the group was well supported, kept together, and having a good time. Both trips have been entirely solo travellers of all ages and the groups gel well with a common goal with easy conversation in the evenings.

We were really well supported with the safety van that met us at lots of points throughout with snacks, water, cups of tea and picnic lunches. The logistics were handled really well and the hotels we stayed at were really nice.

I loved every single minute of this trip, it was a really special few days, I will definitely be back for more trails in 2025!

This was an amazing trip from beginning to end. I met a lovely group of people the guests and run leaders were all ace and we had an amazing time. We had a timely pick up every morning and a well guided tour of elements of the GR221 routes around the island of Mallorca. On arrival we had a lively 6k warm up day 2 a 10 mile run, day 3 was a little over 10 miles with some epic scenery from the top of one of the regions high points and the final day was an epic half marathon run finishing on the beach with ice cream in Port Soller. It is also worth mentioning the run leaders took their time to entertain us in the evenings, which was a nice addition. The final night with dinner on the beach was ace and playing cards in the bar at the end was a laugh. Well worth every penny ?

I truly enjoyed working with Charlie from Pure Trails. Together, we organized a Sail & Trail Run adventure in Lofoten on Moondance, and it was an absolute success! We had seamless collaboration before, during, and after the trip, creating a great vibe with the guests and superb memories. On to the next adventures!

Pure Trails is probably the best running adventure operator, at least for me. The Albania trip a couple of years ago took me to a country I was always curious about as it emerged from its totalitarian past. Running in the unspoiled Albanian alps was unexpectedly spectacular. We ate well, drank a beer or two, met locals and bonded with my fun and funny clan of runners and of course, Charlie, the very competent company owner became another new friend. He makes it look easy.

The run & sail Lofoten Islands trip in July was an entirely different experience of sailing from idyllic Norwegian villages to remote offshore anchor spots to run and explore. The islands are magical and the beauty, the bird life and vantage point lookouts are hard to top. Living on the boat for a few days took a little adjustment for a land lover! Luk and Roy kept us fed and entertained and Charlie made sure we had the best experience.

Another awesome Pure Trails Lake District adventure. Charlie, and his personally selected guides are absolute legends, all skilled trail runners who love what they do and do everything they can to make sure everyone has the best experience. Full disclosure, I’ve done this same trip four times now. Would I do it again? I’ll see you next year. Now, if that isn’t a recommendation, I don’t know what is! ❤️

Awesome 4 night trip with PTA. My first time with the group, and the leaders Charlie, Matt & Eddy were all fab! Super organised, really well planned and providing all the key food/drinks/nutrition when needed. Super supportive group across tough terrain and lots of stunning scenery made for an awesome trip to Mallorca. 100% recommend.
