We have just returned from a fantastic week staying at 'Westaway', the property was beyond amazing - the views from every floor gave a panaramic perspective out over the dramatic Atlantic and across the village too. We have been coming to Portreath for many years and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in.

It was very well equipped and has plenty of space..four bedrooms and five bathrooms all beautifully decorated. The bonus of the wet room downstairs affording us the ability to warm up after an hour on the body boards was a real treat and the icing on the cake was the hot tub on the decking with views over the beach so we could marvel at the spring tide spectacular.

The service from Pure Cornwall is faultless-we have used other agencies in the past but since finding Pure Cornwall we don't book anywhere else, they go above and beyond to make every effort to ensure each of their properties are up to their high standards and are quick to assist if needs be. Highly recommend their services.

Pure Cornwall service was great - we stayed at Dinas View in Constantine Bay near Padstow which was a perfect location 10 mins from a beautiful beach for our party of two couples with a dog and our little girl. The house was fantastically situated with an upstairs lounge, french windows out to decking with views over the sea. Maddi at Pure Cornwall couldn't have been more helpful with the booking and information - definitely recommend!

Fantastic House .
We stayed at Seaside House Portreath this September for the first time. The booking process on the website was easy & straightforward .
On arriving at the property we were blown away by the view ,location & the house . The house was spotless on arrival , very well equipped , it exceeded our expectations . We met the housekeepers on departure who were very friendly & helpful for future visits . Our dog Millie enjoyed her holiday too ! All in all a fantastic holiday , so much so we have booked to return . The Corless Family

Disappointing and misleading

Harbour View, Hayle, promised so much, but delivered so little.

The website advertised a 5 minute walk to a surfing beach (see pic). The walk to a surfing beach is nearer 30 minutes (see google map).

The website advertised '..superb triple aspect views across the Estuary and local countryside'. In reality one of those views was of the train station and one of the others was a view of ASDA Hayle.

The train station is really close to Harbour View, audibly close, sleep disturbingly close.

The Pure Cornwall neglects to mention that Hayle Train Station is about 30m away from Harbour View and instead positions its map-location-pin a fair distance away near Hayle Gallery.

To add insult to injury, Harbour View did not function in a variety of ways from non-opening Juliet balcony doors to hard-to-unlock main fire escape door to a rickety spiral staircase that you wouldn't let infirm or elderly people use without a lot of help...blocked sink...curtains that blocked no light...the list goes on.

PURE CORNWALL HAVE NOT REPLIED TO OUR LETTERS AND PHONE CALLS IN AN ATTEMPT TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES (since June 5, 2017).

We have been using Pure Cornwall for our holiday rentals for a number of years and wouldn't even consider using anybody else! Hazel and her team have a great knowledge of all of the properties on their portfolio and give great advice for you to get the best out of your stay. The booking process is simple and easy to understand. We have very rarely encountered any problems during our stays, but the minor issues that we have had were quickly and efficiently dealt with by the Pure Cornwall team. Overall, would highly recommend booking any property through Pure Cornwall.

I booked a one week stay, at short notice, at Harbour Lights, One Lusty Glaze, Newquay, Cornwall during September. Requiring an answer to a query over the parking allocation, I phoned Pure Cornwall's office. The assistance I received was both friendly and professional. I was allowed to book our stay over the phone making the process very easy. The information received regarding directions, key access and property details was complete and easy to follow. The property was clean, tidy and was exactly as shown in the brochure photos. All of Pure Cornwall's properties appear to be of a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I am, in fact, already looking to re-book for next year. Thank you Pure Cornwall.

It was our first time using Pure Cornwall, and they were absolutely amazing! We have already booked our next holiday at the end of the year! My family and I stayed in Coverack just after the storms and were worried about our upcoming holiday. However, the Pure Cornwall team were fantastic at keeping us updated and reassuring us. Their customer service was absolutely brilliant! Fortunately our property wasn't affected by the storms and was of a very high standard, fully equipped with everything we needed. Thank you Pure Cornwall for a wonderful well-earned holiday. We have already booked again for next year 🙂
