The team at Pulham provided evening transport for our wedding guests in April 2025.
Their response to emails was prompt and their prices fair. A lovely driver was assigned to our rented double decker bus who provided smooth and safe transfer back to Burford and Bourton-on-the water. We would definitely recommend their service!!!

Is it normal for your drivers to stop on a corner to have a conversation with each other Leaving other road users in danger from traffic coming around the bend? Your drivers are dangerous and have no consideration for other road users or their safety!

Never use these buses! Abused my NHS nurse girl friend who tried to get the bus and had lost her NHS pass after a 12 hour shift. A middle aged bold bus driver from Cheltenham hospital verbally and physically abused her by man handling her and forcing her off the bus because she didn't have her pass. Formal complaint and the police have been contacted.

Just got back from a 4 day Paris/Disney trip with 50 students and our driver was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable about the area, extremely skilled, friendly and had such a laugh with him!

606 bus stop the old Police Station Friday 31 February. Winchcombe. 1455 bus to Cheltenham did not turn up, phoned Pulhams, lady said the driver decided not to stop there and next bus was not for another 2 hrs. We were stranded, no uber available. Rather than just stand in the cold, after already walking 8 miles on Cotswold Way, we had no choice but to walk back to our campsite near Prescott Hill Climb, this involved 3 miles of hardly any road verges and busy dangerous lanes. We couldn’t trust that the 5pm one would turn up and would have had to walk in the dark. Not happy.

Awful. I always take the 606 to get back from Cheltenham to chipping campden. The bus is meant to arrive at 8.40 every single time it is very late. It is incredibly frustrating. Moody staff member not even a hello or a goodbye. Not pleased

We took the bus from cheltenham to Bourton on the water today as we were staying in cheltenham a few days at local campsite caught the 801 at 930 on Sunday morning.the bus driver drove very fast all the way and we only relaxed when he had to stop for people getting on bus .we notice from the start his hand was resting and holding onto door in cab .so drove the bus one handed .going at the speed and along windy roads and country lanes we both thought it was very dangerous having gone in big puddles also along the way as raining. When I mentioned this to him at end of journey he said he always drives like it. As we were on day trip and had no other way back we had to take bus again back to cheltenham. Hoping it wasn't same driver .we were disappointed. A lady friend of his got on bus and spoke to him all journey and him freely replying to her. It's says in sign on bus at front not to disturb bus driver but he didn't mi nd at all.we didn't feel safe at all.it was a miracle we got home in one piece. I will never take a 801 pulhams bus again.they have no respect for people's safety.

Forgot to send a bus to common leys farm campus to pick up students and take them into witney, they have been doing this route for a long time 5 days a week and multiple students missed their buses from witney and afew were stranded, we are supposed to leave college at 4:30 and could not leave until 5. The person on the phone was helpful and arranged another bus swiftly but this shouldn't of happened to begin with, in the morning the buses also have a habit of leaving up to 15 minutes early
