Poppy at Provide Education has been instrumental in helping me secure a role for the next academic year.

From our initial conversation on LinkedIn, it was clear that Poppy genuinely cared about finding the right fit for my skills and career aspirations. Her knowledge of the SEN education sector was evident in our conversations, and she was always available to answer my questions, provide updates, and offer reassurance following a trial day she organised at a specialised institute outside of mainstream education. Not only did Poppy take the time to understand my background/ experiences to share with the Head based on my online profile, but she also demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, dedication, and support throughout the entire recruitment process. When it came to securing the role, Poppy managed negotiate the best terms, and her commitment to my success was unwavering – and it still is!

Thanks to Poppy I am now excited to start my new role this September and I highly recommend her and Provide Education to anyone seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive education recruitment consultant!

I can not fault this company and their team one bit. I've had some amazing support from this team, especially Lee-Ann! I signed up to provide 9 months ago and in that time, I've had long term, consistent work throughout. They're always keen to catch up, check in and make sure that you're happy with the service they provide. Everything is so straight forward. From the day you sign up, to the day you start work. I highly recommend this agancy to anyone. Whether it's part time work, casual work or work between studies. Provide Education is the one to use!

After being out of teaching for the past few years Provide have certainly lived up to their name! Lee-Ann has supported me every step of the way and found me as much work as I've wanted. She and the rest of the Secondary team have been friendly, efficient and approachable. I am very pleased with my current longer term placement and couldn't be happier with their service.

Words alone cannot describe how fantastic they are. Staff members are friendly and willing to assist with any query. My line manager Katie, is a Star! I would give her a big hug if I'm opportuned to see her face-to- face.

Also, I don't have to worry about shifts as they are very proactive in providing shifts ahead of time. They are definitely living up to the name "Provide Education", because they really provide you with lots of placement opportunities in schools within your locality. In fact, they are willing to text you on a weekend to inform you of any changes to the allocated shift(s) for the coming week in order to minimise any unnecessary inconvenience while being very quick in providing alternatives whenever necessary.

I would however recommend that they consider introducing holiday pay in order to attract and retain more staff because I often go into panic mode whenever holiday periods are approaching.
