I have worked for Prospero for just over a year and really enjoy working for them. They pay really well, there is always work and the flexibility of not having to give notice to take time off is amazing. The office staff are always really helpful (Vikki & Ashley are amazing) and there is always someone to support you 24 hours a day.

The team leaders Vikki, Jack, Ashley, Jimmy, Jess, and Dan are understanding, supportive, and what I enjoy most is the flexibility the shifts offer. Best choice that I have ever made was to come to prospero Cardiff team, great place to work plenty of work opportunities and a variety of jobs to pick up, gives you a chance to travel and explore different parts of the country and no day is the same. Everyone is friendly kind and caring and nothing is ever too much to ask and everyone is at ready when needing any help.
