Had an extremely bad experience with this company. Will never use or recommend them to anyone. We booked a family holiday with them to India and it was a nightmare. We discovered that they simply promise you the earth, take your money and simply pass your requirements to other subcontractors in India to book your hotel, travel itinerary and drivers. If you encounter any issues the company simply does not help when you are out there. We encountered many problems with our itinerary and drivers and nothing matched to what we had agreed with the company and what we had paid for. We tried resolving all the issues all the time with the company’s main contact given to us ( in fact it was the main manager/ owner of the company ) and he was no help at all. After coming back we lodged a proper complaint and the company and owners did not want to know. They had got our money and so were happy to run away leaving us out of pocket with a ruined family holiday of a lifetime. We now intend to bring this up with the DTI , Travel Authorities , the media and citizens advice bureau. We have already lodged our complaint and evidence with the relevant authorities having exhausted all issues with the company.
