Took grandchildren on the Santa cruise today, 4 and 8 years they loved it.
Nice greeting as we were told our table number, a bit of a
wobble with the table, soon sorted out, activities on table for children to start on with a drink and a cookie, a nice hot chocolate and a piece of cake for the parents, after a safety announcement, off we went down the river, fairy dust to make, 12 Days of Christmas
involved all the families, then Visit from the big man, 🎅 a lovely age appropriate gift for the children then dancing till we docked.

Thoroughly enjoyed the full trip. Staff were very attentive and thorough from assisting passengers onto the boat, informative safety briefing, serving food and bar service. Will do it again so much to see on leisurely trip along the Tees.

From boarding, no welcome drinks, even though paid for and part of the package.
2 options for Lager but 1 was out before setting off the other ran out by 10.30pm.
Heating on full belt and you couldn't open the windows more than an inch and the card machine didn't work. The bar staff you would have thought had been forced to work for nothing.
Other than that was a good night.

Fab 80s music night cruise. Free drink on arrival and free buffet food which was delicious not cheap stuff either! Music all night, space for dancing and quick serving bar staff, never kept waiting for a drink plus cruise up the river and back. Had so much fun with friends that we booked up again!

Fantastic, 5 of us as a family went on the trip for my Mother's 95th birthday, brilliant caring and thoughtful staff, they are a credit to their employers and themselves. They even asked if my mam would like to steer the boat which she thoroughly enjoyed and got to keep the Captains cap. Food was really good too. We would definately go back. Thank you to everyone singing Happy Birthday to her.

Precious Gem of The River Tees.
The crew are absolute stars, so kind and it shows that they love what they do to give people a good experience. Highly recommend their journeys or even a quick commute to/from preston park. Plenty of photo opportunities too.

Loved it. It was a very gentle boat ride. Just a question, I want to know if I could arrange my wedding on this boat some time in the future. I'm already engaged so this boat would be a nice place to book mine and my fiance's wedding.
