Absolutely loved it and the most well kept up to resort ive ever seen. So clean and tidy and the staff as so genuine and helpful.my mother found it hard as she is elderly and has trouble with her legs and there was food delivered to caravan and offered to get us in touch with a wheelchair rental. I felt so at peace there and the caravan was pure luxury.i booked again for September asap

Still the best holiday park we have been to that all the kids enjoy. Tones to do from foot golf to paddle boarding, climbing and riding. You'll never fit it all into one visit. Staff are always awesome. The food vendors are delicious. There is so much nature to enjoy too. Fishing on the lake, a stroll down to the beach and a fabulous nature trail. The lake is a huge asset to the park.

Love it my only . There should have been a net curtain or blind on our bedroom window as our bedroom window was on crew from the public foot path and our steps to in side the van wasn't very good .But otherwise the place is great and good base to sight see from and we will deffo be back.

Brought the caravan for 4 nights, lots of activities for the children to take part in on site, we have had some good & bad weather and although the pitch is hard standing with a pebble area for the awning, the ground around the pitches is flooded & like a swamp. The Pitch is fully serviced but quite close to each neighbour. The facilities are clean but a little dated. In all though an enjoyable stay.

Caravans too close together without any views except other caravans front back and sides. Noisy drunks, expensive amenities. Left after two nights yet paid for four nights. Sorry was awful

Great week away with family. We had a gold caravan in the Seabirds section of the Park - so peaceful and very nice. The only negative thing was the beds - both the double & one of the singles had broken slats which made for quite uncomfortable sleeping.
Great facilities for our 2 grandsons to enjoy especially the Splash world - only criticism of it was the lockers weren't all serviceable and the drains were rather smelly. The only other gripe was Haven are still advertising that there's an indoor soft play area when infact this closed down and hasn't been replaced. I would recommend that Haven address this ASAP with our unpredictable UK weather it's a must have for family holidays.
All in all we had a great time and would definitely return.
