I had an amazing time with Matt and his team - they were were fun, informative and engaging.

It was a fantastic fun-filled agenda and I honestly couldn't recommend Primal more - a brilliant day out and you'll be looked after well. I booked on with colleagues, and it was a brilliant activity for team-building, but it would be just as suited to some friends getting together for a fun activity for the day.

Have had the pleasure of taking part in a couple of Primal Adventure activities including Bushcraft in Ayrshire and Ultra running in Argyll. Thanks for a couple of outstanding days out in the hills! The depth and breadth of survival, historical and cultural knowledge of Scotland is second to none!

An amazing experience for our team who thoroughly enjoyed the activities - we were very well led by Luke who is passionate and knowledgeable - the team building exercises really brought us together and everyone left saying what a great day they had.

Sadly unable to appreciate the environment. As organiser of a 'luxury' ultra race, they forgot best principles of leave no trace. Vandalism in the natural environment. Avoid.

Attended a core skills weekend delivered by Matt and the team at Duncarron, absolutely first class. Would highly recommend these and other events
