Fantastic service. Called Prestige at short notice about 3pm on Sat 31st May. A taxi was at our door within 5mins. Paul our driver was fantastic. Very polite. Then we called again around 10pm and a taxi was sent straight away to take us home again. We have saved your number in our phones and we will use you in the future.

Sadly I’m compelled to write if a negative experience as we’ve used Prestige for several years. We telephoned today 1206 to book a taxi for 1315 to stroud station (usually an 6-8 minute ride without traffic). We also mentioned it welas to catch the 1332 London train. The driver appeared early around 1305 & was assured we would be down soon (even though he was early). I actually to the car park at 1319 & he had left without any message or advice. Although I rushed to the station on foot I arrived at 1338 having missed my train. I travel regularly for work and this is the first leg of a 11 hour flight to Brazil. I will not miss the flight (even though the next London train is cancelled) because I have called on another taxi firm to help out. Dissapointing, unreliable & unsatisfactory.
