We had the most wonderful time. Nestled on a peaceful farm and just a short drive from the beach, it offered the perfect balance of rural tranquility and coastal beauty.
The cottage itself was beautiful and cozy. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature—and even spotting a few farm animals nearby!
The host was welcoming and helpful, offering great local recommendations while giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time. Whether you're looking to explore the coast, hike in the countryside, or simply unwind, this place ticks every box.

We had an incredible stay at the Ecobarn of Preseli Venture. The house is spacious, with large sliding windows that let the surrounding nature and sea breeze flow inside. The bus stop is a 20-minute walk away, and all activities are within easy reach. We went sea kayaking, coasteering, and took a boat trip – truly a dream, and our children look back on it with nostalgia.

Sometimes we stayed closer to home, walking to the beautiful beach or the wool mill for a delicious lunch and cakes. Morgan’s Taxi provided us with friendly and punctual rides back a few times – highly recommended. Sophie was always easy to reach and very helpful.

In the entrance hall of the house, there was also a drying area for wet gear, with heating and a dehumidifier – very practical. All appliances were of excellent quality too, giving the whole place a real sense of luxury.

Very comfortable accomodation and very well appointed. The best information pack we have ever come across and an extremely useful map on the wall with lots of places of interest... made it easy to visualise what their was to do and where things were located making it easier to strings activities together and explain to the children. And there were plenty of activities available, many bookable from Preseli website. Awesome views over the fields and hills down to the sea from the living room and deck, and some great walking options from the front door. We had a daily walk to the beach (45 min round trip at a brisk pace). Bedroom could have done with blackout blinds on the days I needed to lie in. But a great garden space for kids and dog to roam. Drying room for wet kit was very handy and kept things tidy. Sophie was very pleasant, honest, and helpful. And to cap it all, the sun shone all week

Excellent accommodation well designed and comfortable. We loved the local beach and walked there from Loom cottage. Lovely people would highly recommend.

Wasn't too sure what to expect with the price being so reasonable. What we got was pretty incredible. The food was great, no one was left hungry and everyone cleared their plates. There were plenty of toilets and showers and they were spotless.
The activities were excellent, so much fun, well led and the timings were spot on. The staff were friendly, encouraging and seemed to know their stuff.
A member of our party broke their arm a week before we were due to arrive. The venue was so accommodating and booked him onto suitable activities, we all had a great time.
Overall, I couldn't recommend them more. We'll be looking at dates for next year for sure.

We did the beginners sea kayaking weekend. The staff at Preseli are super friendly, organised and catered for us all (even me who is vegan). Overall I was very comfortable and satisfied with my stay.

They provided regular updates, briefings and guided us with preparations. We had a fantastic time out kayaking - Ollie & Fin were great. The views of the coast were amazing. We also saw some seals!

I loved Preseli Venture! This was an incredible weekend and it could not have been any better. I did coasteering with Erin and Fin who were precious, then surfing with George and Ollie. It was perfect and so much fun. I loved trying these new activities and I cannot wait to do them again. Everyone at this place was very sweet and kind, and the staff was amazing. The food was also delicious and accommodating for those in our group who do not eat certain things. Our final day ended with an instantly stunning seven-mile hike. The view was beautiful and seemed unreal. Thank you for everything this weekend and for giving us a wonderful experience!
