Went in to book a holiday. Waited in a queue for about 20 minutes, never seem to be enough staff. When we managed to speak to somebody, we expected to sit down and look through our holiday options, and was prepared to pay the deposit today. However, the lady took very few details, didn't even ask our budget, and told us she would email us holidays. What a letdown and wasted journey, I might as well just book online at this rate. I never did even receive an email so clearly we were just an inconvenience to her that she wanted to get rid of. I will now go and book my holiday online.
