Have booked a few times now with Premier and always had such good service however my recent visit has by far been the best yet. Kirsty at the Halstead branch was simply great and took all of our holiday needs and came up with the perfect solution while we sat in the chair due to her vast knowledge of different areas. Her exemplary service did not stop there with aftercare emails and personal touches which just made out experience and holiday a little more special.

We booked a last minute holiday to Rhodes with Kirsty and she managed to find us a great deal on a hotel we wanted to go back to. We literally didn't have to do a thing Kirsty sorted out everything for us which made our holiday a much more relaxing experience. I have just booked my second holiday with Kirsty at Premier Travel and I can’t thank her enough for all her help. Being a busy working mum I struggle to find the time to research holidays. Instead, I now let Kirsty know what I’m looking for, including the budget and dates of travel and she provides me with a few options - all of which are superb. The difficult part is choosing which one to go for.
The latest booking was to Lapland to see Santa - I didn’t know where to begin and as it’s next month there wasn’t many flight options left. Kirsty managed to work her magic and find some super options and gave a detailed breakdown of each. Whats even better is that it doesn’t stop with the holiday, she is helping with airport parking and will also check us in and book our seats.
