Ali on reception was brilliant and her customer service was outstanding. Luckily she has a good sense of humour and likes the muppet show. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Always a pleasure to stay here to see the family. Convenient for local eatery and great transport links.

This is a typical Premier Inn Hotel, as you would expect to get anywhere in the country, but what makes it a bit extra special is the warm welcome of the staff, in particular Tory and Laura at the reception desk were a great comedy double act! We stood talking to them for several minutes and had a good laugh. It's a shame Plymouth Argyle didn't win their game against Middlesbrough the following day but we still had an enjoyable visit to Teesside.

Myself, my daughter and my granddaughter in a room with heating only. The fan was noisy and you can’t turn it off. The windows only open a few inches so that provides minimal air flow. A standard desk fan was provided but due to safety we’re weren’t comfortable leaving it running for the entire stay. ||Even in previous cold weather visits it being too hot and stuffy in the room has been an issues for a number of year. With the climate changing we think it’s about time for an upgrade in fans. ||The bathroom fan sounded like a kettle boiling make it very difficult to use at night. ||||The uncomfortable stuffy conditions aside. ||||The room was clean and the beds nice. Staff are always pleasant and professional. It’s handy a hotel for location.

Very helpful and friendly staff who are always ready to help. Special thanks to Ali who noticed that my wife was struggling with her CoPD and arranged for our room to be changed for one on a ground floor, to avoid having to use the stairs. This really helped to enhance our 3 night stay.

Tory & Laura, lovely people. A good laugh & helped me straight away. The room was amazing for the price but unfortunately I had to leave due to a family emergency.
I’d definitely recommend staying here 😎

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and tidy throughout and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We had 2 rooms, 1 was a standard double for our girls which was great and the other was an accessible room for myself and my wife. The accessible room was a little dated and the bed was a little on the soft side otherwise it would have been 5 all round.

Stayed at this establishment on many occasions and it’s bang on, rooms clean, great WiFi and proper water pressure from the shower big shout out to Tory on reception everything was great service, I had a couple of minor issues but Tory sorted them, Great customer service skills.
