I stayed here last week, cleanliness was off the scale, not a speck of dust in sight! The room was warm and fresh when we arrived, all the beds were made up nicely and the sheets were pristine. The bathroom was also spotless. No complaints at all about the room, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. You can tell the room attendants care about their job. Thank you very much.

Great Premier Inn - first time stay but I'll definitely use again. The two receptionists I met were both really helpful. Quiet room and overall quiet hotel. I was worried the room would be too warm as a/c only went down to 19 degrees but it was fine. May need more cooling in summer (windows don't open).

Greeted by a lovely receptionist. Room was spotless and bed was perfect and super comfy. Shower was much better than a lot of hotel showers I’ve had before so that was great! All staff are super friendly - couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely stay again in were in the area.

Great stay and location. Stayed after visiting cadburys world. Shops around so convenient and parking in the retail park. £6 for day. Also had the breakfast here where kids eat for free! Few places to eat around here too! Staff here are friendly too!

Room was ok. Requested cleaning but it didn’t happen. One lift was broke so ended up waiting ages or taking the stairs. Staff weren’t sharp/attentive, quite slow. Breakfast was poor, not the big buffet you expect at a Premier Inn, but you order with a waiter and they bring you a small portion. Service was slow and the food stayed under the countertop heater for ages before being brought to the table. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Overall not the Premier Inn experience I’m used to, this place needs sharpening up big time. Parking was also unclear - you have to park in a multi storey that isn’t easy to get to if you’ve never been before. The receptionist at the hotel wasn’t very clear with instructions or interested in helping in general. Parking is also to be paid on top of- £6/night!

We checked in after midnight and the staff on the desk couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning cooled the room. The facilities were of a good standard, comfortable nights stay and the pillows were 10/10.

This was a very nice hotel to stay ‘inn’ 😂 . It was very comfortable, very clean and also had a little activity and surprise for the kids! The pillows were the fluffiest I’ve ever had, the decoration around the room was lovely and the air conditioning worked well. Thanks for a great time!

Staff were lovely a friendly, my room was a little rough, lots of chipped paint and such, had a bit of mould in the bathroom. but it's a cheap Premier Inn, what can you expect. Staff were lovely and gifted us a little plastic duck after my partner asked about them.
