Booking process etc efficient.
However, description in brochure and from representative concerning Isla Canela far from reality rooms are basic, problem with cockroaches, food poor and served cold.We moved rooms 3 times. P.I. contacted by email who just forwarded them to hotel with no follow up to see if problem had been resolved.
On the plus side the golf course was good and proshop staff excellent.

Have used this company for may years to arrange golf holidays in S Africa and Portugal. Hopefully will use again once covid restrictions ease. Always give great service and never had any reason to make a complaint.
