Due to the co-op being out of action due to an unfortunate fire, I have just discovered the Top Shop. It is situated close to the village on Lodge Lane. This shop stocks quality essential foods and other everyday items - all so competitively priced. The staff are such an asset: all give outstanding customer service with care, with respect and always with a smile whilst
being helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. The shop is so well organised and neat. Shopping here makes it a pleasant experience on every level. The fact that it manages parcels and PayPal too is an added bonus. Thank you to you all for being so community focused at this time.

Such a brilliant corner shop stocked with great snacks and drinks and essentials at a good price. They work super hard with all the parcels but never say no to taking on more

I have been using this shop for parcels and last minute purchases, for a few years now. There are 2 ladies who work here who stand out tremendously, and thats the Irish lady, and the American lady. Both can not do enough to help you.
The Indian lady, on the other hand is quite rude. Never seems to want to help you, and is quick to brush you off. So i make sure i need to pop in with my parcels when she isn't working. The 2 lovely ladies need a pay rise, for sure xxx

Don't use for parcels, they appear to be unable to cope. Will not hand over my parcel despite being told by the seller that they don't need a "bar code". Just left wondering what will happen to my £350 item now. They wont let me have it, and wont take any responsibility...........

Staff here are always so helpful and friendly unlike my local village premier which is why I choose to go a little bit further from home for great service 😊

I've lived in Nettleham for over 3 years now and this is my local shop. I've met all of the workers in the shop over that period and by far the Irish lady is exceptional. She always engages in conversation, pays full attention to the customers, and my two year old daughter absolutely loves going to the shop to receive attention from "The irish lady"! The shop also has a few treasures of choice such as high quality sausages, amazing naans, and occasionally some delicious biriyanis.

Fantastic customer service every time all staff super friendly and helpful, my go to store even though it’s out of my way, choose this over the rude staff in the Cherry Willingham Premier store every some. Margaret, Stacey and Jaz are superb, thank you ☺️

Nice little shop, however they cannot cope with the parcel situation! Appeared very stressed and rude. First time using and most definitely the last!
