Avoid this shop for repairs he has no clue what he's doing, took my sons ebike in for repair asked for 2 things he said he charges an hourly rate. The bike came back quite quickly 5 days BUT since then the power assist hasn't worked, tried to charge my son extra for adjusting things he didn't ask for. He said he'd taken off the back wheel so we Paid £160 for brake bleed and pads. Still cannot use the bike properly and have returned to the shop 3 weeks after and he denies working on the bike then all of a sudden remembered and offered to have a look whilst admittedly saying I don't know how to fix it. We have 0 Confidence in this shop so sought help elsewhere. Having asked an independent bike repair company they said they would have charged £60 for new brakes. He noticed some other things were loose & not been tightened up properly. AVOID for repairs.

Took in bare wheel for a few spokes to be replaced. Got charged £90. The bloke who recommended him to me apologized and said i was massively overcharged he not be recommending him to anyone else. Stay clear

my wife and i recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bicycle made for two - an electric tandem , we are so pleased ,we hardley use our car now for shoping and it fits in our motorhome and will go all over europe with us we found powered bicyles very proffesional and friendly . Took my folding e-bike in for repair after a seriously bad crash that left the e-bike dead and many other parts broken. No other bike shops I spoke to knew where to begin. Poweredbicyles told me to bring it in with no hesitation. Called me a week later to tell me it was fixed. Bikes basically good as new. Great price. Great owner. Great service.

Talked the talk and did a dreadful job. Paid over £150 for service and a repair. He changed the digital display that wasn’t broken and then when we were out and the brakes failed as the pads had not been replaced. Went to collect the bike and we had to remind him that it was in for a repair and service! Had to go back another day as he hadn’t done it. No paper work when you drop it off just so you have to point at your bike!!! avoid. We have had to go to Halfords for them to tidy the mess he left us with. RIP OFF avoid

Once again.Great service from Hamant.We bought My wifes Ebike from him at Brownhills Show 2016 It's been great.She was getting a bit worried as the battery wasn't fully charging. Took it to the shop.Bike checked and found Battery was at fault.After a long chat as to wheather to buy a new bike or replace the battery. We decided to stay with her original bike and purchace another battery.couldn't have asked for better service.

Very pleased with prompt service and his expertise in solving my problem with my Lapierre e-Sensium - Ebike Motion X35 (Mahle) system which was completely dead and out of warranty.
