I have just purchased a Range Rover Discovery from Paul at Pottery Road garage. The whole process was completely stress free and without pressure from viewing ( out of hours ) to taking delivery. Recently purchased a Toyota Yaris from here and the whole experience was very smooth and convenient. We called Paul out of hours who suggested we could view the car the following evening (out of hours again). We were met by Irene who handed us the keys and let us test drive the car. We came to a mutual agreement on price and were told we could return to collect the car in a few days after they had given it a fresh MOT & service. Irene was lovely to deal with and Paul helped with the paperwork when we collected the car. Overall, a really great buying experience without any pushy sales talk!

My car was due a service so I called into the Ford dealership to discuss it.
It appears it needed a big service with new filters and the gearbox needed it's oil replaced. Cost £800 plus!! I decided to visit other garages and Pottery road agreed to do the required work for half the Ford price including a MOT and a courtesy car.Paul and his staff were excellent and did a great job .Next time my car needs work I know where I am going

I had excellent service today from Potter Road Gararge. The boss and his mechanics were friendly and sorted out the problem with my car in a professional and efficient manner.

Had some noise coming from my car and popped in to see if anyone could help. Despite being very busy Paul came out to take a look and a quick drive the identify the fault. Booked in and fixed a week or so later at a third of the cost VW wanted. My partner now also takes her car here for a service. Very friendly honest garage. Thanks all.

We are visiting on holiday and noticed a loose hand break cable under the car as we left the marble factory next door. We nipped into the garage to ask for some advice and they offered to fix it there and then and refused to take any payment. Absolute stars !!! Thankyou so much.
