extremely poor experience with this company. We had loads of problems with our holiday villa including a heated pool that wasn't, a broken hot tub for over half the trip, and only one working shower the whole holiday. Posarelli basically told me we were wrong about all of these things, quibbled over stupid details, even threatened to ignore my complaint entirely because I "didn't tell them at the time" and then took 2 weeks to come back with any kind of final response, where they offered a paltry 100 euros back, which I felt was extremely insulting. Their attitude on email has been stand-offish and unhelpful through the whole process. I won't be using them again.

Villa Dei Vini - Not as advertised/not a luxury villa.
Complained to Posarelli Villas and they were not interested in my concerns nor complaints. A lovely view of 600 meters of pollytunnels - interrupting the advertised ‘panoramic views’. After I complained I was informed the photos were taken over 4 years ago & had not been updated. They still haven't changed the photos and false advertising continues!!
The property description also is not accurate regarding the “newly renovated”. I don’t think 4 + years is defined as ‘newly’. False advertising again Posarelli Villas!!

The pool turned green, they used salt and this was not advertised. If I had wanted salt water I would have stayed by the beach. Therefore they had to add chlorine to the pool and we couldn’t use it for an afternoon.
The shade by the pool - 3 cheap umbrellas was completely insufficient in a normal summer, but during a heatwave of almost 40 degrees it was unbearable. So staying inside became the only option at times. Then we had to contend with the fixed air conditioning temperature on all controllers!!

Lots of items missing in kitchen, no toaster, two Prosecco glasses in a luxury villa!! Etc, etc.! Lots of other guests food left behind - which I had to throw out.
No lights working outside along drive, by/in pool, in villa.
Tonnes of ants which hosts were aware of as we found hidden in cupboards ant killing sprays, etc, which were accessible for children to access.

I asked why I haven’t been sent a link to put a review on their website and this has been ignored. Selective reviews shame on you Posarelli Villas.

every property in our catalogue has been personally selected and inspected and has passed our quality standards.” Posarelli Villas May I recommend you review your quality assurance standards, deliver staff training in these standards once reviewed and put your customers first!

Rude hosts, who just kept demanding money from us and insisting it had to be cash for deposit, final clean, etc. include in cost of total booking.it really is a waste of everyone’s time doing it separately. I never once received a reminder about these extra charges. Who carry’s cash, let alone €500!!
If it only costs €100 to do a deep
clean of a house & landscaping the garden - I need to move Italy!!

Don't use their services on Airbnb unless you want to receive undisclosed charges before you've even begun your holiday.

Found 3 scorpions in the villa and we decided to checkout and go to a hotel. Contacted Posarelli Villas and they did not wanted to issue a refund or to give us the outstanding 5 nights as a voucher that we can use through them another time. Totally rip off. Avoid if possible, unless you want to spend your nights with scorpions in your bed
