Fantastic beach come rain or shine. Almost a hidden gem being so close to Padstow and usually isn't too busy. Lifeguards hut is there and well monitored and the waves are good for paddling, swimming, kayaking, and surfing. Lots of walks nearby on the headland with nice geographical features to see. Highly recommend a visit.

What a beautiful clean beach. Worth the visit. Car park is close to the beach. *dogs not allowed*

Beautiful sand, perfect for body surfing and also with kids. Very clean beach. Not crowded on a sunny weekday. Beautiful views from the top of the cliff. Highly recommend with kids.

One of North Cornwall's finest beaches. Great for all ages at any time of year. It's a sheltered bay so reasonably child friendly and dogs are allowed out of season. There's rocks to climb with pools to explore on one side and if you walk the cliffs on the other side you'll discover the "Blow hole" in the field which leads to the sea. Awesome coastal views from either side and lots of parking close to the beach. There's a decent cafe and shop open all year round. Highly recommended!

Porthmissen beach at Trevone bay is a lovely safe space. Shallow waters and dog restrictions in the summer make it ideal for family holidays. Beach bar and shop and loads of parking

This Sandy blue flag beach has something for everyone, always a pleasure to visit. The beach cafe serves breakfasts, pizza, good coffees, hires out wetsuits and body boards. You can also easily walk to Padstow Farm shop with lovely selection. There’s a lifeguard in the summer and toilets nearby, although Cornwall council no longer upkeep them so 50p to use. No dogs allowed in summer. Also lovely walk to Harlyn and longer one to Padstow along coastal path.
