We had the most wonderful stay in this beautifully crafted shepherd’s hut, and we can’t recommend this business enough! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The attention to detail in the hut was outstanding – cosy, clean and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a peaceful getaway.

Nestled in the stunning coastal countryside, the location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and recharge, with gorgeous sea views and plenty of walking trails nearby, whether that be walking by the coast or to St Davids.

What really made this stay special was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They clearly take great pride in what they do, and it shows in every little touch, from the locally sourced welcome goodies to the helpful recommendations for places to explore found in the leaflets.

If you're looking for a charming, off-the-beaten-path escape with a personal touch, this is the place for you!

Comfortable & well maintained (plus owners live on site, so small issues can be fixed pronto....).
Kayaks and flotation devices available for exploring the local coastline. Close to small secluded beach (Porthlisski/Porthlysgi) for swimming and kayaking. Also close to Porthclais harbour, with boats etc. being launched.
20-30 minute was from St,Davids, or a quick cycle ride!
Brilliant, as ever (my friend has been there each year for a long time).

Perfect for a relaxed stay- a few minutes walk out of the door to cliff path walks. St David's easy to access - walking in an hour, or 10 mins walk to an hourly bus, or driving. Well equiped (Boia) cottage, with essentials provided and more (welcome wine, flowers, Welsh Cakes!)

Ty Siencyn is lovely: it's much larger than it looks in photos, has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. Milk, wine, Welsh cakes and a lovely bouquet of flowers were waiting for us when we arrived.

The cottage is quiet and has a large private garden that overlooks fields leading down to the sea. We were very lucky with the weather so made lots of use of the outdoor table, loungers and BBQ. There were swallows nesting as well - it was lovely to see the chicks in the nest being fed.

We also used the kayaks and spent a wonderful morning padling around the idyllic Porthllisky Bay. We appreciated how close the cottage is to the coastal path. It's also a short drive to St Davids. When we had a very minor problem (the kettle broke) the owners (who were very friendly and helpful) replaced it quickly.

I'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Arriving to Lisky Cottage was a joy. Easy parking, entry and then expectations got massively exceeded.

Not only is this a beautiful location and an amazing house, Jan goes above and beyond to ease into a great stay. I won't say how to spoil the surprise. I hadn't even expected tea, coffee, washing up liquid and loo roll after staying at other places. Jan also gave my daughter a card and present that I definitely didn't expect.

There are CDs, DVDs, jigsaws and books in both the games room and in the cottages. Beach and coastal access, bikes and kayaks.

There is access downhill to a bus but we didn't go there as the harbour was shut down to filming a "nature programme" which we figured could be The Witcher from clues in St David's and online.

Would 100% recommend. Come here for an amazing and thoughtfully given cottage.

Fabulous, only 5 pitches, no kids or dogs allowed. Lovely host. Clean toilets and shower close to pitch.The weather turned wet so we didn’t get to explore much. We did visit St Davids on the coastal bus with our OAP free passes. Some good fishing marks on the coastal path but drew a blank every day. Too cold and wet to use the free kayaks. We will be back.

This truly is a home away from home. Highly recommended. We stayed at Ty Siencyn and had an absolutely fabulous time. The cottage is very cosy, warm and modern. You will immediately feel relaxed here. The host is super friendly and our reception was very welcoming: milk in the fridge, wine on the table and a bouquet of fresh flowers.
Location is excellent, very close to the coast path, a number of marvelous beaches nearby and St. Davids is conveniently close so groceries are no problem.
Would go back in a heartbeat.

No expense spared, lovely and comfortable s/c cottage overlooking hills and coast. Peace and tranquility by the bucket load. Well recommended you won’t be disappointed.
