How can I opinion the port? It's too big to give opinion about it. Bad roads quality, lot of potholes. Bad signage of objects. Quite difficult to navigate. But it gives a job for people...

Good condition, normal service

It’s nothing to do here. Very poor area with no stores, you can’t even get a coffee around. The reason why I came here was to cross the Thames with the ferry as I don’t drive a car and I was going to visit some friends in Gravesend. As google maps doesn’t show the ferry schedule I had to wait there for about 30 min. Boring and cold but it’s the only place you can cross Thames beside London.

On a cruise to Norway, straight down motorway from Hull, 1 stop, there in 4 hrs, drop luggage off, carpark next to ship, straight onboard, cabin, luggage delivered to door, brilliant cruise on Ambience, food amazing, staff brilliant, various stop overs, only downside, dark when returning to boat, travelling through night to next stop, therefore missing out on scenery and fjords, need to go bk in summer, plenty of activities on board, plus shows fantastic thank u for a great holiday

Only dropped off and picked up. But stayed for a coffee and sandwich. The little cafe area is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The prices are far cheaper than expected. Made the break between journeys more relaxing.

Went to Tilbury to board the Ambassador ship Ambience. It's our 11th time sailing from here. It's a really nice port to sail from with easy parking & a straight forward check in. All the staff there were very friendly & helpful.

Ruined my cars suspension hitting a unmarked speed hump near 42 berth at night has cost me over a grand to fix also pot hole are very bad and I have destroyed more tyres in a year here than I have in 10 years on the public highways. Terrible place to drive your car and getting your car damaged. Even the old teeth guards as you drive in through the main gates which have been removed now punctured my tyre once and when I complained to the security guard they was in denial and where very unhelpful. I don't know where else I could of got a 3 inch hole in my tyre and drove I don't know if the think I was trying to pull a fast one but litterally try driving a car with a massive hole there ridiculous and will not pay any thing out or help in any way if you damage your car on there dock roads
