I recently had an issue with tyre replacements at Porsche Brooklands, which required follow-up to ensure I received tyres with the correct DOT code. From the outset, communication with the Service Team Manager, Ben Yarrow, was excellent, and Fraser Frost was also engaged in helping to coordinate the resolution. Ben & Fraser quickly sourced the correct tyres, personally verified their availability, and kept me updated at every step.

The booking process was straightforward, and both Ben and Fraser ensured the appointment was arranged at a convenient time. On the day, the work was carried out promptly and they ensured everything was completed to my satisfaction.

While the situation should ideally have been avoided in the first place, I was impressed with how professionally and efficiently it was resolved once highlighted.

This is the second Porsche I have purchased from Porsche Brooklands. When you buy any Porsche you expect (and pay for!) 5 star service. They provide this in abundance. Professional, helpful, friendly and eager to give you the best possible experience. I would recommend anybody looking for a new or second hand Porsche to give them a visit. Exceptional is truly an understatement! I made an enquiry on a dream 911 and right from the outset Ajay was amazing. I was invited to take a test drive and was welcomed into the Centre. I've bought a lot of cars in my time and this has been by far the most professional, friendly and efficient experience. I was given all the time I needed to make sure the car was exactly what I wanted and was not rushed or pressurised. Following my decision to purchase nothing was too much trouble. I also dealt with Dan who was equally personable. I truly felt and still feel so valued as a customer. I recently purchased a Porsche Cayenne Coupe from Shervin and felt compelled to leave a review based on the service provided. I regularly change vehicles but have never been looked after by a main dealer in the way that Brooklands Porsche have. The process of buying the car was smooth and seamless with it being ready for collection in 48 hours from me first calling about the vehicle.

Post collection there was a minor issue regarding a windscreen chip that I discovered after leaving the dealership and a crackling speaker. A quick phone call later and the car was booked in to be checked the next working day and both these issues were remedied and guaranteed under warranties for my own peace of mind.

I’d highly recommend Shervin, Dan , Rob and the rest of the team at the dealership for your Porsche needs!

I was extremely disappointed with the shocking level of service I received today. I arrived for my 1pm appointment (booked in advance) only to be kept waiting for over an hour, despite the fact that I drive a Lamborghini Urus worth £260K and was seriously looking to purchase one or two Porsches.

The directions given led my SAT NAV to the wrong location, so I arrived at around 12:05pm. Yet, even though I was early, I ended up waiting until after 1pm because there was only one available salesperson in the entire showroom, who had been tied up with a single customer since 10am.

When I was finally attended to—only after repeatedly asking when I would be seen—the service was rushed and careless. I was briefly shown two cars, but because the salesman was running late, I was given just 15–20 minutes of his time. The test drive was nothing more than a 1–2 minute spin, completely inadequate for cars worth upwards of £95K each.

To make matters worse:

The salesman complained that I should have gone to Reading,I was given the impression “too much effort” to bring the cars from storage.

Due to his incompetence, there was a key mix-up, wasting even more of my already limited time.

Most shockingly, I later discovered that the Taycan I was driven in was not even taxed, meaning the drive was illegal. If anything had happened, there would have been no insurance cover whatsoever—an outrageous and reckless act for a premium dealership.

This was not just disappointing—it was unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable. I waited over an hour, was shown cars in a rushed and careless manner, and was put at risk by being driven in an uninsured vehicle. For a brand of Porsche’s calibre, this is absolutely disgraceful.

I think we all know that a Porsche centre will be a little bit more expensive, but honestly my recent experience with the Brooklands team has been wonderful and actually not more expensive. I needed a part, and they located and ordered for less than independent websites. I had my previous car serviced here too, and was very happy. There is a lot to be said for the peace of mind that comes with experts looking after your car! Plus, they had helpful advice for me about minor bodywork repairs. Nice people, always happy to help and you get to look at some very pretty cars while you’re there!
