Modern building housing Tourist Information Centre and museum.
Museum is on 3 floors and is very interesting.
Staff are friendly and welcoming.
There's a lift to the upper floors and a good cafe on the top floor with great views from the outside terrace.

Poole Tourism are helpful! If you need any help seeing Poole and areas near Poole they will help you incredible ways. I went there today with a train problem and Ella went out of her way to assist me.

It was shut and doesn't even let dogs in,unlike most places.lovely one at swanage and even free dog treats

Helpful staff, who guide you to some of the hidden treats close by like Scalpen’s Court, a hidden garden which is easily overlooked even when walking around the town/quay.
