Though the ride may be considered brief, it is perfect for new and first time riders.

The staff are great at instructing the children and making them comfortable. The time didn't with the ponies (grooming and petting) is practically endless, apart from when they swap them over.

There is also a small play area for the children.

What a beautiful place. My son was treated so nicely and everyone was so encouraging, friendly and just lovely.

He has additional needs and has recently found a love for ponies, it's been hard to find a suitable place for him to ride and I could not rate this place higher.

Nothing was too much and safety of the pony and my son absolutely came first.

What a wonderful place!! Perfect size, really well maintained, and super chilled, friendly, and helpful staff! My girls (3 and 4) had a brilliant morning here and cannot wait to go back! Great value for money too. Just perfect.

My girls had a great time!
Easy bookings, parking was zero problem and seen to very quickly. The scenery is incredible and even though there's a little café at Pony Patch you can always go to the garden centre next door.

Staff are very friendly, all ponies are looked after very well.
Outside jungle gym available, indoor bouncy castle and indoor sand pit.
Kids can pottery painting and the pony rides are great enough to put a smile on your kids faces.

Wheelchair accessible and toilets are in the area.

Came from Leeds for a session at pony patch, first of all- such a friendly atmosphere, the owners are absolutely lovely and the girls hosting the pony rides were amazing. We came with a 3 and 6 year old and they both thoroughly enjoyed it, every little detail is really well thought out and the whole experience was perfect! We had a lovely day and will be back! Thank you!

I went to pony patch for the first time today with my daughter and 3yr old granddaughter she loved it and wanted to stay it was only the second time she had been on a pony and really enjoyed it the girl leading her was very nice. The grooming ponies were so cute and patient. The play area is great too and it's such a shame they are having to close in September to make way for even more new houses

Amazing day out for my daughter’s 3rd birthday! Lovely staff members and place clean and fully stocked. Rupert was amazing with my 3 year old and I would 100% recommend and will be returning! Garden centre next door for dinner. We travelled an hour for it and it was well worth the trip! Only downside was we didn’t have long to play in the playground as there was a party after which I wasn’t aware of until arrival. Would still return as I will ask next time.

We’ve been to a few parties at Pony Patch and today we had one there for our daughter. Every time the staff have been brilliant, they’re lovely and really great with the children. Thanks for making our girls birthday magical!
