Having booked holiday with polka dot few years ago I had good service however I have been in the shop about 6 months ago to enquire about Caribbean holiday but nobody got back to me at all ,I ended up booking Barbados online ,I was in shop last week to enquire about a Mediterranean cruise same thing nobody got back to me left phone number and email so I ended up again booking online today ,sad really because I like to support local businesses,

I have also dealt with Millie who is lovely and helped booking mine and my dad’s first trip away !

It's not the first time we are using them. We prefer them over the online holiday provider due to the human contact. All the questions will be answered, you can compare different locations and the consultant can tell you their personal experience over a location.
