You really are amazing, you listened to what we wanted , answered all my questions and you delivered giving us even better then we could imagined (private beachfront swim up villa) We are super excited for our luxury holiday in Thailand thank you so much. This is the second time we've booked with Polka Dot travel we normally use TUI,but not anymore. We we're extremely happy with the service we received from Ellie nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond, even doing visa info for us for cruise when I rang up saying I thought I'd made some mistakes. First time using Polka Dot Travel, i asked for a price match on a holiday, sent them all the evidence of my original quote and they came back with a cheaper quote and great flights. I booked with Ellie and Kelly. Both very helpful, talked me through the process and next steps. Very smooth process.
They were easy to get in touch with for any questions I had, and respond to FB messages quickly.

Myself and husband visited Polka Dot not really knowing where we wanted to go, we spoke to Ellie we spent ages with us going through all different destinations and we finally decided on the Dominican Republic we were both really happy and due to go September this year. A few weeks ago we received a call from Polka Dot the hotel we are staying in had contacted them to say that they are undergoing some renovation work during our stay, this was a big no for me and we were gutted but Ellie advised that we can change the hotel or amend the booking date and if we wanted to come into store she would go through it all with us. We went into store and Ellie went above and beyond we decided to put our booking back until next year as I had my heart set on the original hotel that Ellie found for us, this was amended free of charge. She then went on to look once again for an holiday for us this year, which is a task in its self when I say I'm fussy, I mean I'm fussy 🤣 Ellie found us a multi centre holiday to Bali staying in 3 different locations while there. Ellie went through everything with us from hotels to transfers and day trips, we were impressed to say the least, that impressed that when I told my family 3 of our family members have also booked to go on the holiday with us. Thank you so much Ellie and Polka Dot Cannock you have been fantastic I can't recommend you guys enough.

I’d messaged them on Facebook originally to see about booking a lads holiday for next year. Didn’t know where we wanted to go or even when so they’d suggested we go in to look at options. We all went in last Saturday to look at options and had two of the ladies looking and searching in the end 😭 Ellie and Kelly were a great help and got us a price we were all chuffed with honestly. Booked my holiday with polka dot nearly a year ago now and it’s coming up to going on my holiday which may I add I got an absolute bargain price, I tried checking in online like I normally do had no problems checking in but had issues with my return flight for some reason.

I popped into the store to see what I needed to do as this has never happened before so I was a little worried but rest assured I spoken to a young girl called Ellie who reassured me everything was fine it’s just the airport we fly home from have different regulations to others and you can’t have online boarding passes and this is why thankfully, she put my mind at ease and sorted all of this out for as they have to be printed boarding passes.

Whist in store I decided to look at what options were available for next year, I was given some great options to take home to my husband for us to overlook and make a decision on, nothing seemed to much trouble for Ellie to look at for me despite having a number of destinations in mind.

I shall most definitely be back once we have finally made our decision on where to go next year.
