We loved the mini cruise πŸ›³. Would definitely recommend it. Down side was the coach trip to and from Amsterdam as we got stuck in traffic both ways and it used up most of our time. Plus one of the coach drivers scared the shit out of my wife.

Loved it, we had such a great time. Staff are friendly, entertainment is fabulous and the food is delicious. Standard cabin is compact but clean and we slept fine. Coach transfers to Rotterdam left a little later than expected but this was due to the queue at passport control which took a little longer with only two staff members. Will defo book again.

Fantastic experience apart from the ramp in hull been out of order so getting on and off was a nightmare, one member of staff was very rude and shouting at us all when we didn't know what we was doing or where to go.

Always a great way to travel to The Netherlands, a very relaxing way to travel versus flying with great food, drink and facilities onboard with very friendly staff too

For my first time travelling anywhere abroad and taking my 7 year old along for the ride this was a pleasant experience (barring the nerves) staff were lovely and helpful throughout. It wasn't overly clear where to be going once through the initial check in and ended up hovering around waiting for someone who knew where we was meant to go next as there was nothing to tell you which floor you needed to go to in the lift.

Vending machines on board extortionate but this was expected however £2.45 for a 500ml bottle of water does take the 😳, I can't comment on the food as we didn't require this service.

Rooms were nice although very warm even with the thermostat turned right down so no need for fleecy pjs. When flushing the toilet you would think it's about to explode but from what I can gather that's due to the type of toilet, but I wouldn't advise flushing if you have a light sleeper in the cabin as they would not appreciate it in the slightest

Pretty good ferry terminal, much less fuss than the Dover terminal to reach Europe. The boat is a decent size and the food on board is decent for what you expect. In the evening on the boat there are usually several live musical performances to suit different tastareaa play area for children and a covered smoking area out the stern of the boat should that be your thing.

On the outbound crossing we had the premier room, which was super nice and came with the perk of disembarking first (which meant no line for passport control), having a concierge, a tv, a shower room and a mini-bar. On the way back we had an upgraded double, which was still good and comfortable!

We had our evening meal at 'The Kitchen' which is the buffet-style restaurant. There were curries, chili, gammon, pasta dishes, hamburgers, chips, salads and a good selection of desserts.

An enjoyable crossing! We have used the service many times. Our latest crossing took us away with our son’s football team & friends. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the Kitchen which was nice, and an enjoyable evening in the show bar. On the way home we had a word with Burt who kindly put the England match on the TV’s on the upper level of the show bar. Staff are always happy & friendly and we will definitely be travelling again soon.
