You are not worth 1 penny. Late buses , drivers that take the wrong route and rude drivers. I was literally waiting to pay for the bus RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR and the 21 bus driver closed it while looking at me and drive away. Absolutely disgusting behaviour

Male bus drivers need to learn to respect people's pronouns. Every day they come into my work and call me darling, sweetheart, honey, when I have 2 badges saying he/him. It's disrespectful. I'm fed up. I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable at work. They need to update their training before they upset someone else. It's pride month as well.

Unhelpful staff who are actually quite rude . Twice now I have been in there and left feeling agitated. The staff appear uninterested in the customers and I feel that they need customer relation training. I asked why I couldn't top my 11 year old son's ket card up online as it says he's registered when he's not. The response was uh oh right. No advise given whatsoever. Would save me going into the shop and having to deal with useless and rude staff !

I left my phone on the seat next to me. This was on the Saturday. I rang Citybus on the Monday to see if they had it and they did. What an Honest Driver or Cleaner. I went to the Citybus shop and they wanted me to prove it was my phone but the battery had gone flat. I wasn't happy as I was going to be late for a dinner date. The girl who dealt with me was a right snooty cow. But an older lady said just give it 5 Minutes and chill. So I did. It did take about 15 Minutes to get some power enough for it to come on So I shown her the unlock code and I was away to The Who'd Have Thought It for lunch!
Thanks for retrieving My Phone Plymouth City Bus.

What kind of bus company doesn't carry cash on their busses I went on the bus to town, paid with ÂŖ10 for a ÂŖ3 fare and the driver says he has no cash to give me change, and then gave me a voucher to change at the office in town which is out of my way. When I get there to ask for my change I'm met with a lady who tells me "we don't have any cash in the office, come back later or go ask one of the bus drivers" so finally after asking around the busses I get my ÂŖ7 change. Just because most people use card these days doesn't mean we all do, some of us find it easier to budget with cash and you should still provide this option! This is never a problem with Stagecoach!

Only one big complaint. We went in to genuinely report a wrong doing. There was a man behind the desk who writ it all down. As we left we saw him rip it up and put it in the bin. Always find the girls friendly though. Booking a trip is easy to.

The travel center is fine its just half of the bus service. Don't expect to be at an appointment at a certain time. I would recommend leaving at least 90 minutes early and that's if the bus turns up. The 44 is very doddgy for not turning up at 06.03 thats happened to me twice now. The worse bus service in the Country.

Does the job but always problems. I only use the 28/27 bus service and its absolutely ridiculous. Always late or doesn't even turn up. And every time they cut a service its always that route. Sunday service is basically non existent. Prices have been made ridiculous also if you're in a group probably cheaper getting a taxi.
