I had a great time at the races last Monday.
A great friendly Racecourse, easy to get to (has its own train station 🚉) and very good racing.

If you are a fan of horse racing I'd definitely recommend going to Plumpton Racecourse. A really great atmosphere and you can see the horses in the paddock before they go out to race.

This may have only been on one occasion, but they did have games and activities for children. This included fair ground rides and games.

All the staff are really polite, friendly and really helpful if you need anything. Great food and drink choices too.

We found everything was very well organised. We travelled by car and found that traffic flow was good (on arrival and leaving), no long waiting times. We liked that we could picnic in the middle of the course and it was easy to cross over to the parade ring and place bets etc..

From start to finish - it was a great day out. The restaurant was fabulous and the lovely waiters made it even more enjoyable. The whole day was very well organised and my whole table thoroughly enjoyed the experience..

Been here a few times. Not a big race goer but a great day out watching live sport and losing a few quid, although I ended up slightly up last time thanks to a 11-1 winner 😉. Easter meeting is pretty lively, but no issues with parking, not too packed and a good atmosphere. Would be good to see more people make an effort to dress well (like me) but don't let that deter you! Will be back.

We had a wonderful lunch in the Final Fence restaurant, the service and food were excellent. It was great being able to place bets and collect winnings at the table. I loved that we came on Ladies day and that it was a chance to dress up and most people had made a real effort to dress well. I really liked the pot luck selection of bets we were offered. The weather was beautiful which obviously made the day even better, I wish there had been somewhere where we could figure out the entertainment for the day - I kept looking to see where and when the VE day music and other activities were but couldn't see a poster or any signposting. The evening music was great and if I hadn't been driving I would definitely have enjoyed a Pimms.

Fantastic picturesque rural jumps track. For a small venue, it has good services and a very friendly atmosphere all round. Perfect antidote when you've had enough of the the shouty crowds at bigger meetings.
