Is a wealth of Travel knowledge and what she doesn't know she finds out. I gave her a budget and some bullet points of what I required. I'm just back from a 3 week South African Adventure and Pippa did amazing work for me flights, accommodation. Airport transport. She even checked in on me while she herself was in Finland to Check me in online for my return flights. I would highly recommend anyone using Pippa's services if your planning any kind of trip be it a weekend escape or holiday of a lifetime. Thank you Pippa for being a huge part of my adventure.

We booked a P & O Caribbean cruise with Pippa Wilson. We had a fantastic time. Pippa adds the personal touch. From the moment we booked she stays in touch throughout with regular updates, answering queries and checking in with us to make sure everything OK. We felt in very safe hands. Nothing is ever too much trouble, however, small an issue. We've just used Pippa again to book an Alaskan cruise in September, as we know we'll receive the same first class service.

We booked our recent family ski holiday with Pippa Wilson, as we had previously booked a number of holidays with her very successfully.
Once again I was delighted with the service we received, Pippa makes the whole booking process very easy, she is happy to discuss various options, and her knowledge and experience is always super helpful.
This year we had a very bumpy start to our holiday when our outbound flight was postponed by 24 hours. Despite this all happening in the early hours of the morning, Pippa was on the other end of the phone constantly tracking our flight information, giving me information that the airport weren’t providing, and generally being a massive support when we really needed it. Having a 24 hour delay with 3 children in the group, and lost luggage thrown in, was not a pleasant experience, but certainly made much easier with Pippa’s help and support along the way!
I would highly recommend Pippa for helping with any holiday booking arrangements – I don’t know any other travel agent who would be on the end of the phone at silly o’clock in the morning helping you in your hour of need! Thankfully the rest of the holiday ran smoothly without any hiccups (other than the usual bumps and bruises associated with a ski holiday!).

Pippa Wilson has planned many an amazing holiday for us but this time was our best one yet. She managed to get us £500 room upgrade to a seafront suite FOR FREE! Faultless planning and everything went off without a hitch (even when I gave her the wrong passport number to check me in with)!! She was always contactable even when she was at the top of a mountain; her dedication is second to none! I would recommended Pippa without reservation 🙂

Although we're seasoned and independent travellers, my partner and I asked Pippa Wilson to organise our first trip to Morocco for convenience.

We had some preferences which we told Pippa about and she found some really great options that not only suited us but exceeded our expectations. Our favourites were the private guided food tour in Marrakesh she recommended and the exceptional accommodation she found for us in the Atlas Mountains. They were both real game changers.

The transfer service was handy. We had friendly, reliable, local drivers who took the headache out of travelling around and who went out of their way to make sure we experienced authentic areas of Morocco that were off the beaten track.

We loved the app that Pippa provided as it was easy to use and stored everything in one place and really appreciated her always getting back to us quickly and sorting out any issues that arose.

All in all, Pippa did a great job of planning our trip from A -Z. We had an amazing time, and really felt that she wanted to make sure we had the best experience possible.
