From my initial contact with Pipeline Services until the successful completion of our new water pipeline I experienced a first class and professional service. The major disruption I anticipated was dispelled during the initial survey by a very understanding and competent team. Installation was completed in a day with hardly any indication that they had even been there. I would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone and in particular those intending to replace a lead pipe through the pipe replacement scheme.

I had my old lead water supply pipe changed to a new blue one ! The friendly staff arrived on time and worked really hard all morning and fully cleared up after themselves, no mess at all. A certificate was given to me at the end the job and I am extremely pleased with the whole service. I thought I should share such a positive experience with anyone thinking of using the company, they do more than just this have a look on the website.
I now have excellent pressure/flow in comparison to before with the small lead pipe and I would highly recommend this company to anyone, you won’t be disappointed 👍🏼 BRILLIANT 😁

We were advised by yorkshire water that the lead pipe in our front garden was leaking and needed to be replaced. As it was our land it was our responsibility. We didn't know where to start and YW were no help at all. I contacted our plumber who suggested Pipeline Services.
Once I contacted pipeline services the process was so straightforward. They provided a quote, arrived on site as agreed. Carried out the work and left the job better than when they arrived.
The lads that did the work were great. Happy to chat about what was involved and kept us informed as they carried out the job.

Needed to upgrade my mains water supply lead pipes to new modern pipes due to narrowing and obviously getting rid of the old lead water pipes,

contacted Pipeline Services and from the beginning right to completion of the job, it was a very pleasant experience.

Craig right from the first contact professionally talked me through the process and even when the first appointment was missed professionally re-booked another day and I really felt comfortable with the level of their service and price.

The engineers came attended site did a thorough and professional job, that the next day you could hardly tell such pipe laying job, was carried out the day before on the site.

Pleasant set of engineers (Big Up Big Teddy) and nothing was out of place.

I would certainly recommend PLS and would return to use their service if there are any future needs.

I'm so pleased that I found Pipeline Services to replace my old copper water supply pipe that kept on getting small leaks.
It was a bigger job than first thought, as not only did they have to mole 20 meters down my drive, they also had to dig some some of the concrete garage floor. They have left everything nice and tidy as well.
Big thank you to Victoria in the office who was able to be flexible with our appointments to coincide with the water board coming to move our water meter, and thank you to Michael and Lee who carried out the work. Really great team.

I couldn't recommend this company more highly. I discovered l had a leak beneath our kitchen from our water mains. I phoned several companies recommend by WIAPS with no luck. l phoned Pipeline services, after speaking to Craig, two engineers arrived the same day and assessed the situation. They recommend that we had the water mains rerouted with a new stopcock. I received a quotation the following day and arranged a date for the work to commence. The engineers arrived on time and worked non stop until the job was completed. The engineers were very informative and polite. Thank you.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough! It was predominantly the excellent reviews that led me to choosing them in the first place and I'm glad I did. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, efficient and helpful. Especially Victoria, and the engineer, Jake, who carried out the work in pretty awful weather! Everything reinstated as was following the pipe installation and left clean and tidy. Great service from a great company at a reasonable price. Very happy!
