We have recently returned from our holiday in Dubai & Zanzibar… what an experience! We booked our holiday using Andy at Pillinger World Travel; we could not recommend the service enough! The attention to detail from start to finish was spot on- from finding us the best flights, hotels and even helping to arrange our safari in Tanzania! Andy at PWT is a great travel agent, he carefully took notes of all the requirements I had for a holiday in February for myself, my partner and 5 year old daughter and within a few hours had multiple options for us to choose from. He provided great advice on what destinations would be suitable for the time of year and found flight times ideal for travelling with a child. Booking was quick and simple, prices extremely competitive and I was given a full itinerary upon booking. Highly recommended and will certainly be booking again.

Had the best holiday ever in New York! Pillinger World Travel were recommended to us by a friend and I’m so glad they were. They are a friendly family run business. Andy dealt with us and did all of the work searching for exactly what we wanted and contacted various companies to give us the best price. He found us the perfect hotel/flights and gave us lots of help and advice for our trip. My husband and I have just returned from the holiday of our Dreams, in the Seychelles. I must say that when we booked it I was a little taken aback by the cost however, was quite reassured by Andrew and Gavin that it would be truly a holiday that we would not regret. The whole event was made very special by the little extra Pillinger touches, they let the hotel know it was our 40th wedding anniversary, the flowers and champagne ? were amazing. This wasn’t the hotel just doing it but the Pillinger team ! Thank you Kate Gavin and Andrew. Amazing experience and actually, we found out that the cost was actually the best available in the market.

We recently returned from an incredible trip to Tulum in Mexico booked by Andrew at PWT. My request was slightly different to the norm in that both the origin and destination were both abroad. We made enquiries with a number of other companies, none of which were able to assist, so it was great when Andrew confirmed without hesitation that they could help. It was a quick & simple process, reasonably priced and a full itinerary provided via the portal. Andrew listened to my specific requests including the private transfer and made them all possible. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

I have recently booked my flights from America to the UK via Gavin and Andrew at Pillenger Travel. It is the first time I have used them as they were recommended by a friend. They were totally fantastic, they were patient and very understanding of someone who isn’t great at IT ( wrong generation). Andrew was patient, kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the flights and travel times. His suggestion not to travel through Atlanta as it would be too far for a 85 yr old to walk through late at night. He booked our hotel at the airport and called to make sure we were ok and all checked in. Great customer service. We will definitely book all our trips through Andrew in the future.
