Well can't praise the service we've had from Phoenix Taxis highly enough, the service was outstanding from start to finish very professional polite and friendly. Jack the driver was smartly dressed, he was exceptional, polite professional and friendly and also discrete on picking up an emotional family saying their goodbyes ready to travel thousands of miles away. He packed the car the went and sat inside the car allowing us time to say our goodbye which we are truly grateful for. So thank you Phoenix Taxis for making the start of our family's journey go without a hitch. Top rated service highly recommended. ?

As I live in London this firm was recommended by the friend I was going to visit. I had to get myself and a fold up scooter from my hotel to her home. They were excellent,, they advised me when the car was there, and what make and colour to look for .
The driver was A plus helpful, cheerful, friendly and chatty the whole way. And he put up with my chat.
Excellent service, would recommend them to anyone..

Booked a cab for after a wedding do with 7 adults and 2 children to transport a short distance. Suggested one 6 seater car did two trips to sort out the problem and all worked as planned even when I called and brought the time forward as we were all shattered!! Driver was friendly and helpful and would definitely book Phoenix Taxis again.

My husband and I arrived at Newcastle airport at 3.15 a.m. The taxi driver(a lady) contacted us by telephone and because we were not aware of where to wait for the taxi, she left her vehicle to search and find us, then helped us with luggage to get to the taxi.
This taxi driver was exemplary. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Great, friendly service for our airport drop off. Driver 317 was polite and friendly despite the 3 am pick up! He even went out of his way to drop off my son's bag, which he had accidentally left in the car.

Sandra in car 114 collected my daughter and brought her home. She was a lovely driver that kept me informed about my daughter. When she arrived her car was very clean and my daughter said she made her feel very safe. This driver even helped my very drunk daughter to the door and made sure she got in the house safe and sound. Lovely, reliable, female driver
