Worst taxi service ever! Ordered a taxi half hour before my train was due, they didn't turn up! Phoned them and got the rudest Brummie operator. Absolutely no customer service, NEVER use these. Oh yes, then they called 15 minutes after my train had left to say they had arrived to pick me up!! Spoken to a few people now who say they've had shocking service with them.....book them at your own peril!

Taxi service went out their way to make sure they would provide a baby car seat, unlike other local services in the area. The guy was 10mins early at 4am and provided a vehicle large enough for our suitcases to Heathrow. The cost was the cheapest quote in the area at £240. Perfect service. Thank you very much! 😀

Booked taxi for 6.30 arrived at 7, but the taxi driver Eddie was an absolute legend and did his best to get us to where we needed to be on time, would recommend Eddie the taxi driver but make sure you book a lot earlier than you need if you have something booked !!

Booked a taxi from Oxwich. After chasing they were thirty minutes late, then one hour late. They didn’t ring to let me know- I had to keep chasing them again and again. Terrible service never use! Unreliable

Poor service. Got picked up, Wouldn’t take bank transfer or Apple Pay. Which is fair enough. But then when phoned wouldn’t even bother to check if any drivers would.

This taxi service was brilliant, but unfortunately swallow travel have now taken over the company and when I called this number I was connected with the rude woman in swallow taxis. I won't be using them again because of her attitude.

Extremely pricey. Gowerton train station to Elba Gowerton £10 !! Pheonix and Swollow are one of the same.
