Extremely grateful for Shaz who assisted me in recovering my iPad after I left it on one of their buses. Phantom travel was contracted by Megabus to assist my route from Manchester to Bristol after being delayed for 3 hours. After getting off at Bristol, I noticed I had left my iPad in one of their buses so I submitted a lost and found ticket through Megabus but they never got back to me. On the other hand, I was able to contact Phantom travel through their website and within 2 minutes Shaz contacted me and helped me locate my iPad.
