This was a great station for changing trains, with lengthy platforms for the many trains including London services. Departure boards are kept up to date, plenty of buildings are usable for waiting and the bridge leads well across the station kept properly by staff when there was an incident even! Toilets are readily available, although it is a bit of a grotty station that is expected in Peterborough.

When I used Peterborough Station I was going back to King's Cross, Only took 45 mins. From Brighton in the South you can get a train directly to Peterborough on a ThamesLink. Trains go further up North from Peterborough places like Edinburgh, Newcastle, Leeds and to the East, Norwich.
Clean, Tidy station with toliets on platforms 2 & 3 and the staff were friendly. Waiting rooms looked cosy and good signage for departing and arriving trains. There is a taxi rank outside as well.

Visited the station to collect my son yesterday early afternoon, 2pm on a Saturday, and unfortunately there was not enough pick-up and drop-off parking for everyone. The few bays that were available were packed with other cars and it wasn’t a busy weekday. After driving around, in then out of the area, I had to meet up with him on the road outside and, looking around as we left, it appears that taxis are given the majority of the space available, rather than private cars.

I don’t often stop here but as on this particular day there were disruptions to London, I had to change here to catch my alternate train service. A very clean station generally and very easily signposted, with all platforms generally close together.

The wood panels they've installed are distinctly at odds with what can be seen of the city, definitely quite old and run industrial estates. Has a large B&Q. 1/10

Nice and clean train station. The ways are easy to handle. You have everything you need. Lifts, toilets, shops to grab a coffee or something to eat.

The parking here is extortion and priced to shake down all commuters. Trains leave early without notice. Information on platforms is badly laid out and one of many indications of no brains behind management of the operations.
