It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter Alan Swansea for the purchase of my first home. From the lovely ladies on the viewings to progress updates throughout the sale, everything has been top notch.

I would also like to give a massive shout out to Jade who is not only an expert with properties but also has a massive knowledge of induction hobs.. Jade was kind enough to walk me through an issue with my induction hob and appeared somewhat of an expert. You should consider a part time job with Beko, top service!

Paul in Swansea is amazing. He helped us massively with the mortgage application and really made me us that we knew exactly what was going on at each step of the process. He is quick to inform us of any changes that were taking place and super helpful when we did not know what the next stages were. Bad experience all-around. I inquired about 3 separate properties. The first 2 I tried to make offers on and was told I would be sent more details but was never followed up with and then informed the properties were gone.

The third property I was waiting to hear more info from landlord and emailed multiple times to see if there was an update and I was just ghosted. Not even a polite 'sorry there is no update' or that the property is gone. They also rarely answer their phones.

Save your time and go with another letting agent.

Molly has been very helpful in assisting me with finding a new flat to live in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the properties we looked at, and was very accommodating about working around my shift patterns to take viewings and get in contact with me. As a result, I now have a nice flat to live in that's just right!

Just wanted to give a special mention to Paul Mexsom -(Mortgage Services Consultant). He’s absolutely amazing, he went above and beyond throughout the process of our mortgage. We started off without any clue what we are doing as first time buyers, Paul gave us exceptional guidance, support and answers all our questions which made us at ease. He kept us updated and informed.
We are very grateful for his hard work. He truly cares to his clients 🌟 we had an issue during the process but Paul didn’t hesitate to help to solve it straightaway and the result is more than what we expect. We are truly happy. Would highly recommend his service, nothing but positive words to say🌟
