After working with Rachel Harvey through the interview process, I got the job, she was so helpful friendly and dedicated through the whole process and was a vital link between me and my new employer. What all started with a casual conversation after applying for a job online, we came to the conclusion that job wasn’t exactly what I was looking for and she found me something which ticked all the boxes even better than the job I originally applied for and matched my CV and capability perfectly. Complete lack of communication, missing pay unaddressed for two weeks, ignored emails and telephone calls. Submitted a complaint to the "Head Office" via their main website 3 weeks ago, which has gone unaddressed - no one has bothered to contact me "within 2 days"!

Telephone calls to Loughborough branch rang out with no answer.
Telephone calls to Leicester were picked up by someone, but immediately put back down again? Atrocious.

Finished my employment with the agency just over two weeks ago; my one week's notice email went unacknowledged, have requested my P45 on three separate occasions as a matter of urgency due to new employment, still yet to receive it. Have not been paid for the 2 days of holiday that I accrued, this has been queried but have not received an answer.

Submitted another complaint today, but doubt anything will come of it. Avoid, avoid, avoid this organisation. Utter shambles, it's disgusting.
