Marie organised the most amazing trip to Finland for us (two couples). She listened to what we wanted, our budget, happily worked through our long list of questions and changes and came up with the perfect itinerary in the most idyllic of settings. Additionally she ensured that our dietary requirements could be met which was really important…not only were they catered for but the food very much exceeded our expectations. I’m usually the organiser and gosh it was so nice to know that everything was handled and I could just relax and enjoy. We couldn’t have asked for more! Marie organised an incredible two week trip, travelling around Scandinavia on the train, for us. She listened to our requirements and came up with some wonderful suggestions of her own. The trip was well organised and the hotels she booked for us were of a high standard and easily accessible from the train stations. Marie made our first ever holiday in Bali extra special by including lots of amazing excursions and ideas for unique things to do rather than just flights and accommodation (which were also very nice and luxurious for the price!). She listens to your requests, takes time to get to know you and what kind of traveller you are (adventurous or chill-out?) and is super-patient with any changes you might wish to make last minute! Highly recommended.

Marie Gardener arranged our wonderful trip to Japan. She went above and beyond to listen to what we wanted and organised the trip of a lifetime for us- with extra personal touches. Readily available by email and phone She provided detailed information and answered all of our questions. All this at a reasonable cost - cheaper than the package holiday we originally considered. Marie was very friendly, helpful and professional. Marie took note of our preferences and came back with an itinerary that suit us (not too packed/rushed, but still plenty to see with ample time). Not Just Travel helped us plan and arrange our dream holiday and what a difference they made. The arrangements made a huge difference and we stayed in some wonderful places and ideally situated hotels.
Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short, due to Covid, and I can’t tell you how pleased we were to have Marie to look after us. She was fantastic, making all the arrangements to get us back safely with the minimum of fuss. Her support did not stop there and she worked tirelessly until we received a full refund for the aborted part of our trip. We could not be more pleased that we booked with them.
