We had booked for 8 of us to go on an 8 hour Bass trip on 24th of August 2025, booked more than a month in advance. All paid for via bank transfer beforehand. All of us drove over an hour to get there for 8:30am. Arrived about 20 mins early just to be safe. Waited for a while on the pier in Beaumaris but the boat wasn't there and never showed up

Tried calling the guy we booked with but no answer, another charter was docked at the pier while were waiting and after a quick chat with the skipper we found out the boat had already left to take another group on a fishing trip. We were given another number for Perfect Catch so we gave them a call. Turns out we were double booked, no-one let us know before hand. We had spent a lot of money on bait, fuel, gear ect in preparation for this trip only to be let down.

We were given a refund for the trip but will never get the money back for fuel cost, bait and so on. Waste of money, waste of time.

We had been looking forward to this trip all month. This could have been a very different review had somone checked the diary properly!

Warning: Avoid this company at all costs! I paid a 50% deposit of £275 for a charter fishing trip for 10 people, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. Despite requesting email confirmation, I was met with complete disregard – no confirmation was sent, and my multiple texts were ignored.

When the trip was cancelled due to weather conditions, I was expecting a prompt refund. However, the company's promises were empty. Kenzie claimed the transfer was made on August 27th, but the funds never arrived. Despite numerous follow-ups, including requests for proof of transfer, I've been met with evasive responses and broken promises.

As of September 4th, all attempts to contact Kenzie have been futile – he's stopped answering texts and calls. I'm now £275 out of pocket, and it's clear that this company has no intention of honoring their commitments. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Update: The refund was finally received on September 12th. However, I'd been promised proof of transfer via text message back on September 1st, which never materialised.
