Superb service from Penrith taxis today when it looked like the bus from Keswick wasn't going to get us to Penrith railway station for our 10.50 train due to a bus cancellation. Penrith taxis picked us up from Rhegged and got us to the station on time. Lovely lady took my phone call and sorted it out for us. Thank you so much!!

Drivers don't know outside of Penrith at all travel to stainton or beyond they have no clue where anything is is 20 mins late being picked up nearly missed train.

A MASSIVE THANK YOU to Keith who came to our rescue on Tuesday 3 September when he picked up my wife and I from Penrith hospital and drove us to Carlisle A & E for treatment for a broken wrist. My wife sustained coming down off Sunday Crags to Glenridding whilst walking the coast to coast. He was so kind and helpful and we were trally grateful for the excellent service he provided that evening; a far superior standard to anything we could hope to receive where we live.

My wife was in a great deal of pain, in an unfamiliar part of the country with our car parked miles away, Keith’s support and local knowledge was hugely appreciated.

We used Penrith Taxis for travel to and from Kendal Calling. Even though a very busy period all our taxis arrived on time with our drivers very friendly and helpful. Really made our weekend so much easier than it could have been!

Always excellent service from Penrith taxis and will always accommodate even last minute bookings. Zac who took my booking and was the driver was amazing went out of his way to make sure I got a taxi asap after arriving at the station.

I use penrith taxis all the time but the driver i had this morning is really profisional and really good he's name is Toni... people like toni is what make the business grow and costumers come back to the same taxi company.
