Abhorrent treatment of customers, I had a car prebooked, the day and times comes and all I get is a lame excuse (with no accountability) and an offer for another car 1hour late. They even refused picking up the phone just to avoid responsibility. Do not recommend, I missed an hospital appointment because of their lack of professionalism.

A first rate service. Prompt answer on the telephone. The operator spoke clearly and concisely and repeated my request so that there were no errors. Driver turned up on time and was immaculately turned out. He was courteous and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and should I be back I will definitely use this hire again.

Decent enough taxi and driver was nice enough, but took a call for a job at quarter to 1 that night for a journey about a mile smore than mine(my taxi was 7pm) while I was in the car and quoted them £22-25. Charged me £35 so an extra tenner for that last mile. Won't use again

10/10. This taxi service was great. I had Fraser as my driver, he is friendly, polite and drives safely. The taxi was clean (no smell of cigarettes, or vapes). He also helped me with my very heavy suit case. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate booking with this company again.

Fraser and his staff helped us out in a pinch to a ride to the airport to catch our flight on some last minute notice. His staff is super friendly, great service and pun too Al if not early. When we come back to Scotland we will be using this service again. If you are in the Penicuik area and need a ride I would highly suggest this company. Thanks again Fraser for the awesome communication and service!!!

First class service. Highly recommend. Fraser was amazing. Great communication throughout the booking process (all organised from Australia). Arrived right on time for the departing and return trips. Highly quality and immaculately clean European car. Don’t book with anyone else!
